DPB Dual Encoder

The DPB dual absolute encoder is designed for integrated robotic joints, especially applications such as quadruped robots that experience more severe motion impacts and harsh environments. Using KingKong Technology's patterned magnetic technology, it measures two axes within a limited volume while delivering optical-like resolution and accuracy.

01

The encoder is driven by magnetoelectric technology and features proprietary interference shielding. Multiple high-precision Hall sensors measure changes in the rotor magnet rings, while KingKong Technology's precision calibration process gives every unit unique factory calibration data for optimal measurement accuracy.

02

A unique tolerance-matching installation method for the moving and stationary parts simplifies installation while safeguarding measurement accuracy.

03

Built around real joint-control needs, its balanced performance combines measurement accuracy and operating reliability. Greater structural adaptability also reduces mechanical integration and assembly requirements, creating more room for product integration and scaled deployment.

04

The separated magnetoelectric design withstands vibration, dust, oil contamination, and other demanding conditions, while supporting ultra-high-speed operation.

05

Its ultra-thin, compact hollow structure makes it easier to embed in a wide range of applications.

Dual high precision(±0.05°)

Dual 20-bit absolute output

Ultra-compact hollow design(7 mm radial width on one side)
