MPT Series Robot single encoder
The MPT magnetic encoder, an ultra-compact model, utilizes KingKong Technology’s patterned magnetic technology to achieve high-precision measurement within an extremely limited footprint, delivering optical-like resolution and accuracy while offering strong resistance to environmental interference.
This encoder is driven by magnetoelectric technology and features a unique interference shielding design. Inside, multiple high-precision Hall sensors detect changes in the magnetic field of the rotor’s magnetic ring. Each unit is precisely calibrated using KingKong Technology’s proprietary calibration process, ensuring every encoder is shipped with a unique magnetic field profile for optimal measurement accuracy.
The unique tolerance-matching installation technology between the rotating and stationary components not only simplifies user installation but also ensures reliable measurement accuracy.
The separated magnetoelectric design offers enhanced resistance to harsh environmental conditions such as vibration, dust, and oil contamination. It also operates reliably at ultra-high speeds without compromising encoder accuracy or service life.
The ultra-thin, compact hollow structure allows for easier integration across various applications.
