This encoder is driven by magnetoelectric technology and features a unique interference shielding design. Inside, multiple high-precision Hall sensors detect changes in the magnetic field of the rotor’s magnetic ring. Each unit is precisely calibrated using KingKong Technology’s proprietary calibration process, ensuring every encoder is shipped with a unique magnetic field profile for optimal measurement accuracy.
The unique tolerance-matching installation technology between the rotating and stationary components not only simplifies user installation but also ensures reliable measurement accuracy.
