The DPT magnetic dual encoder is specially designed for integrated robotic joints. Utilizing KingKong Technology’s patterned magnetic technology, it enables dual-axis measurement within a compact volume, achieving optical-like resolution and accuracy while offering strong resistance to environmental interference.

The encoder is powered by magnetoelectric technology and features a unique interference shielding design. Inside, multiple high-precision Hall sensors detect changes in the magnetic field of the rotor magnet ring. Each unit is precisely calibrated using KingKong Technology’s proprietary process, and comes with a unique factory-set magnetic field profile to ensure optimal measurement accuracy.

The unique tolerance-matching installation technology between the rotating and stationary parts simplifies user installation while ensuring measurement accuracy.

The separated magnetoelectric design offers enhanced resistance to harsh environments such as vibration, dust, and oil contamination. It also operates reliably at ultra-high speeds without compromising encoder accuracy or service life.

The ultra-thin and compact hollow structure allows for easier integration into various application.
