The MBS magnetic encoder is an ultra-thin absolute encoder offering multiple output formats and strong resistance to electromagnetic interference. Available in various sizes, it is ideal for applications requiring high output accuracy and compact space.

This encoder is driven by magnetoelectric technology and features unique interference shielding. Inside, multiple high-precision Hall sensors measure the magnetic field variations of the rotor’s magnetic ring. Utilizing KingKong Technology’s precise calibration process, each product is shipped with a unique magnetic field calibration dataset, ensuring optimal measurement accuracy.

The separated magnetoelectric design provides stronger resistance to environmental factors like vibration, dust, and oil, and can operate at ultra-high speeds without affecting encoder accuracy or lifespan.
